– To confirm your booking, we kindly request a *100% upfront payment*. This ensures everything is perfectly organized for your project.
– The minimum booking duration is *2 hours per session, with availability from Monday to Friday, **9 AM to 6 PM*.
– The package includes two cameras and can be used over a period of *3 months* from the date of purchase. An additional camera can be added for *100 AED*.

3. *Additional Charges*:
– Any shoot extending beyond the agreed-upon duration will incur *additional charges* or be deducted from any remaining hours in your package.

4. *Editing Services*:
– Editing services can be purchased after the episode recording is complete, at an *additional cost*.

5. *Payment Terms*:
– Full payment is required *upfront* to confirm the booking.
– To proceed, please select your package and make the payment to the provided account. Kindly share the *transfer/deposit slip* with us to finalize your booking.

6. *Refund Policy*:
– We are committed to ensuring that your booking experience runs smoothly. However, *no refunds* are permissible. If you are unable to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the *hours will be forfeited* and cannot be utilized afterward.

7. *Sound Quality*:
– We maintain full control over *sound quality* during both the recording and editing phases.

8. *Raw Files*:
– Raw files are stored for *72 hours* after upload.
– Clients have *24 hours* to report any issues with raw files.
– Any claims made after this period will incur *additional charges*.
